A. MANN
Murray
A. Mann has more than 25 years of human resources management
stewardship in the private, public, and educational sectors.
In addition to being principal of Global Career Strategies Group,
an international career management and diversity consulting
firm, Murray serves on the board of directors of the National
Resume Writer’s Association, serves as diversity advisor to
Parachute,
inspired by the worldwide best seller What Color is Your
Parachute, and is an active member of Career Masters Institute.
Murray
was a founding board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career
Enhancement (HACE) and
has held leadership roles with numerous Latino and other multicultural
organizations. He was the architect and administrator of the
State of Illinois Affirmative Recruitment Program for public
and private employers, and served with of the Illinois Governor's
Human Resources Advisory Council and Joint Committee on Rules
to implement the Illinois Human Rights Act. Murray was also
selected to the US Presidential Management Internship Program
Selection Committee and managed special projects for the President’s
Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities.
Murray’s
experience includes positions as vice president of Midwest Public
Relations, Inc., senior diversity consultant for TBK Career
Management Services, career management instructor at Truman
College, and career coach for HACE, LULAC, NAACP, Women for
Hire Career, and other diversity career fairs.

ROSE
MARY BOMBELA-TOBIAS
Rose
Mary Bombela-Tobias is a nationally recognized executive, management
consultant, journalist and public speaker. Rose Mary is a first
generation Latina who has consistently achieved extraordinary
results in the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors.
Rose
Mary was the first Latino in Illinois to be appointed to the
Governor's Cabinet as director of the Department of Human Rights.
She also served as assistant director of the Illinois Department
of Central Management Services, assistant director of the Illinois
Department of Personnel, and vice president / executive director
of Central States SER, Jobs for Progress, Inc. Additionally,
Rose Mary pioneered and managed the multi-million dollar Illinois
Business Enterprise Program for Minorities, Females, and Persons
with Disabilities.
Rose
Mary is an award-winning radio news anchor, talk show host,
producer, and reporter. She chairs the International Latino
Cultural Center, served as president of the Chicago Chapter
of the International Personnel Management Association, is an
executive Board Member for The Chicago Women's Network, and
serves on the US Commission on Civil Rights, Illinois Advisory
Commission. Rose Mary has also served in the DePaul University
Business Ethics Committee.
